Press office of Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Response reported on Wednesday that regional emergency services have been put into the higher state of readiness. Lifesavers ask residents not to get beyond their communities and even not to leave their homes without a necessity. At the moment there are no interruptions of heat or power supply.
